"I have been running with dogs down beaches of golden sands and back through the bush where you might see lizards, snakes, kangaroos or koalas. I"m hoping to be back for the last junior session on the 12th Dec and hopefully will have a selection of unusual kids sweets from OZ to hand out to the runners who turn up on the night. (This will be the last session before the school Xmas holidays ) "

Kendal Winter League starts on the 8th January 2012 at Scout Scar, Brigsteer Rd Kendal . If you compete in 5 of these races then you will receive a large Easter Egg at the Sausage Sizzle presentation in March/April in 2012 at Johns house.
Don't forget Dallam Running Club Xmas run from Grange which are very welcome to attend (see website for details- let Dowy know tel 01524 822216 if you are coming).
