Garry Dowthwaite will be at Tristrams playing fields Heversham on 12th April to get the Monday spring and summer evening "off road" junior training sessions off to a low key start.John Hodgson will be available from the week after and the sessions will then be organised by age group.
Starts at 7pm and lasts for about an hour unless otherwise stated.
The Monday Senior runs will also start from Tristrams from this date.
